What it does
Becca’s Bubble is a clickable pitch for a candle and breathwork studio. It brings a storefront, session booking, a course library, a member area, and an owner’s back office into one proposed experience.
It was built for a prospective client using sample records and demo interactions, so the experience could be reviewed before committing to a full build.
The problem
Candles, sessions, and learning material share an audience but ask different things of the interface. The pitch needed to show how a shopper, a member, and the studio owner would move through the same product.
Our approach
We built all three surfaces as a walkthrough. The public area presents the studio’s offers, the member area follows courses and bookings, and the back office shows how those records would be managed.
Sample data and browser-local state keep the pitch easy to explore while making its scope explicit.
Research and context
ABS retail figures provide Australian context for a storefront that uses AUD pricing. The online share of non-food retail turnover differs across these June snapshots. The series concerns broad retail, while this pitch explores product browsing alongside sessions and a course library. [1]
Online share of non-food retail turnover
Australia, June snapshots in 2023–2025. Online turnover as a percentage of total non-food retail turnover; original, unadjusted series.
Preparing chart. The exact figures are available below.
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| June 2023 | 17% |
| June 2024 | 17.7% |
| June 2025 | 19% |
ABS experimental online retail estimates cover employing retailers predominantly selling to households. Each value is a month, not an annual average.
Broad retail turnover is not candle sales or breathwork demand. Coverage excludes direct overseas purchases and non-employing retailers; under-reporting is possible. This pitch has no measured sales or booking outcomes.
What was built
Three connected surfaces
Public, member, and owner areas cover the experience from browsing to administration.
A cart that keeps its place
Products, quantities, and the AUD total are saved in browser storage between reloads.
Course playback and progress
The player opens at the first unfinished lesson and updates progress as lessons are marked complete.
A booking walkthrough
Session listings connect to sample member booking details and event-management screens.
An order workflow
Sample orders can advance through packing and shipping states in the owner’s view.
Working content editors
Event and library editors make the proposed management workflow available to click through.
Product walkthrough
Explore the studio
Browse candles, events, and the library through the public interface.
Follow a member journey

The outcome
The pitch became a working interface that could be explored from the shopper, member, and owner perspectives. It made the proposed experience concrete without claiming an operating shop or a completed client engagement.
Scope and next steps
This is a pitch prototype for a prospective client. It uses mock data and has no backend or real account authentication.
Checkout, payments, live bookings, and inventory enforcement are outside the prototype. Prices, orders, and summary figures shown in screenshots are sample content.

Project evidence
Reviewed pitch code and the recorded public demo show storefront, events, and library flows using sample content. Member and owner interfaces are a proposed experience with browser-local state. Secure accounts, real checkout, payments, and bookings require a production build; the prototype has no commercial results.
